It is a legal requirement that lorry
loaders have an annual “Thorough
Examination and Inspection” carried out
by a competent person as stated in LOLER
1998.
Unimaster Components Ltd are a
member of Allmi (Association of Lorry
Loader Manufactures and Importers) which
is the leading organisation in the UK
representing the Lorry Loader industry.
Allmi was founded in 1978 at the request
of the Health & Safety Executive and is
consulted about any new legislation
concerning Lorry Loaders. This ensures
we are always kept upto date with
current methods concerning the safety
checks for Lorry Loaders
All our engineers not only exceed the
requirements of competent person but
have passed the Allmi “Thorough
Examination and Testers” certificate.
We can test and service any make of
crane including: Palfinger, Fassey, Hiab,
Penny, Cormach, Bonfiglioli and PM.
We are also able to test Cherry pickers
which as personnel carriers must be
tested every six months.
